Airports with cycle-friendly feeder roads
East Midlands Airport is very easy to get to by bike. From Nottingham, I'd go through the lanes south of the river to emerge at Kegworth, or through Beeston and Long Eaton to Castle Donington. From Derby, down the old A6 through Shardlow to Castle Doinington. From Leicester, just head NW through the lanes to Diseworth.
Billund is indeed easy to get to, with a cycle path followed by a dedicated cycle access road.
Coming back to Gatwick, on leaving the South terminal just remember to take the lift to the cycle route from near Zone J, NOT the abominable stairs signposted near Zones A-C. The old potholed track south by the stream has now been tarmacked and is lovely and smooth.

Gibraltar and Vienna
Within a few hundred metres you can follow quietish roads from Gibraltar. However the only route I have found round Algerciras was on the hard shoulder of the motorway!.
Heading East out of Vienna on the B9 to Fishamend Markt is 2 miles on a main road - but most of the traffic uses the parallel autobahn. From Fishamend Markt you can travel on very minor roads.

Mallorca? It was a nightmare for me! Ended up on a motorway leaving the airport and the only non-highway in is down a dark alleyway peppered with pot holes and roadworks for a mile or two.
Everything else about the airport for cyclists is great there. Just maybe get a cab to the nearest town first!

Re: Airports with cycle-friendly feeder roads
Girona in Spain is excellent for access. Nice quiet rural road leads directly from the airport north to the village of Aiguaviva from where you can ride into Girona city on reasonable roads or head west over a lovely hill road to Angles, etc.

Bournemouth and Nantes.

There's a special cycle route. Don't go up on to the "motorway" - take the subway underneath for the cycle path.
Helsinki, Billund, Oslo Torp, Oslo Gardemoen, Stockholm Skavsta.
Pisa, Ancona.
Rome Ciampino is do-able if you cross the busy road at the roundabout and bump down the Via Appia Antica towards Rome. Beautiful!
