The picture suggests to me that the pump will inflate a bike's tyres, even outdoors if the weather is nice.

The shadows suggest to me a photo taken a long way south of UK latitudes.

A lot of North America is surprisingly far south (Seattle, in the NW corner of the USA, is further south than Paris). The latitude of San Louis Obispo is about the same as of parts of Algeria, Morocco & Tunisia in North Africa, & about the same as Crete.

...and the rest? How do you get from pump to jeep to no flying policy via photoshopped shadows?

Now a true conspiracy theorist would have mentioned the obvious bike upright with no bike stand (alien tech 👽?) and the second sniper on the grassy knoll.
