Evidence quoted above, two-thirds claim to commit speeding crimes/offences

Still waiting for a report on your observations of vehicles at a junction with a stop sign

You will wait a long time. As already stated, I am not collecting evidence or making observations at a stop sign.

I still am somehow missing your evidence.

Why not? You could wear a yellow vest like a police officer, then the results might suit you better
Why not? It is easy enough to see with the naked eye whether an offence/crime is committed or not

I have never made any claims in the first instance. So I have nothing to evidence.

And I can't say I am interested in playing at policemen.

89% of trucks overloaded? One might like to believe that, but I thought about half of truck trips were empty :?

It's only the national statistics rather than personal anecdote, and it is on the Internet, but:
RFS0125
RFS0126
https://www.gov.uk/government/statistical-data-sets/rfs01-goods-lifted-and-distance-hauled#domestic-road-freight-empty-running-hgvs

About 25 to 30%

Ah. So the strong, sweeping and unevidenced stuff is kept for these pages, then.

If only the same could be said of the politeness.

Since its been mentioned are posts on these forums copyright?

My own inclination is not. As soon as you post you make your comment public. The forum wouldn't otherwise work.

They might well be: there's surprisingly little case law yet.

But it's irrelevant to quoting in a web forum such as this one because:

1 The agreement made on joining clearly implies grant of rights for purposes such as quoting.

2 Quoting is protected within the fair dealings clauses of the relevant statute law of England.

Is that from an ML algorithm or all your own work? Or both?

All my own work.
I'll admit to not spending very long on it.
(I had hoped something witty would have sprung forth but I've been working on the same bug in someone else's code all day and my brain is cabbaged)

Do you ever unlock bugs by sleeping on them?

When I was testing Apple's X.400 software we slipped into an extraordinarily productive pattern of work: the time difference roughly doubled the productivity and we could sleep on the problems.
