can anyone recommend a cycling jacket that will fold small enough to put in a rear rack bag. It does not have to be 100% waterproof, just decent enough to keep a shower out and is not ultra expensive?

Thanks

You'd probably get more responses if you'd acknowledged any of the people that have already responded to your last request for info about clothing:

However, I've got the predecessor of this one, and it's good enough for wind and a light shower.

I did say it was the predecessor, and it didn't cost anything like £79. This one may be better (and clearly more expensive)

I've no experience of this jacket but my experience of other stuff from Decathlon has always been good - it's only £14.99 and the copy reads:
Decathlon wrote:" Our team has developed this rain jacket to help you start road cycling in light wind or drizzle

This RC100 rain jacket has taped seams to protect you from the wind and rain and keep you dry on your bike rides. You'll love the large pocket on the back"

It looks like it won't take up much room.
