Zebra make good stainless steel Billy cans. One thing to look out for though is they have lid clips, which are normally plastic. Some shops will replace these with metal wire so you don't ruin them in the first outing (or you can DIY with an old coat hanger and some pliers).

+1 for the Zebra stainless steel pots. They are heavier than others obviously. I can get my Optimus multi fuel stove in mine. Mine also has a kind of mini pan insert too. I’m tempted to take the handle off and use a Trangia pan grip instead.

MSR do a series of pots which are completely stainless steel, including all the clips. Available in a range of sizes.

They traditionally come with a "frying pan" insert. If you want to remove a bit of weight, you can take the handle off and replace with wire.
Mines about 30 years old now and still going strong.
