Why have we not got one? Let' start one with Tj's bike!

Let's ask the chairman if he'll chip in to open one
in the UK. There is a bloke in Blandford Dorset who collects old bikes; he does not ride much but he has got about 20 interesting ones.

Raleigh rules ok!

We have got a cycling museum! It's in the old station at Camelford in Cornwall - right next to the A39 - and has been there for many years. Full of an amazing collection of cycling history and memorabilia and well worth a visit. There is also a cycling museum in Mid-Wales, but as that is 'foreign' I'm not sure that it really counts........ Theres also my shed, which currently houses about 20 cycles of varying vintages - perhaps I could open that to the public? regards to all, Braz.

There is presently a cycling exhibtion within Milestones Museum in Basngsjoke.
the Museum has a reasonable cafe area too for tea and cakes, accessible without paying the museum entry charge :-)

I think hitch may be thinking of url="http://www.velorama.nl/engels/menu.html"this one/url. UK ones are at url="http://www.cyclemuseum.org.uk/"Llandrindod Wells/url and url="http://www.chycor.co.uk/cycling-museum/"Camelford/url as mentioned, plus url="http://www.transport-museum.com/home.htm"Coventry/url. For further afield try url="http://www.ibike.org/historymuseum.htm"this list/url.

I have not yet been to most of those above, but would be interested in reports.

Oops. Tried to be too clever there. Works on another forum I know. Hope you can read the URLs just the same. Should have remembered.
