wheelset says 30-46 mm what would happen?

Hi, descrition of my Fulcrum gravel wheelset says "The profile of the wheel enables tubeless ready tyres of between 30 and 46 mm" I have a pair of 650B 2.2" tyres what can goess wrong? should I stick to specification?

2.2 inch! Seriously?

Well, what on earth would someone need tyres that fat for and would the frame/fork offer enough clearance for their rotation?

I have 2.2 / 2.1 on my gravel bike, necessar y because of the terrain I cover.

But mostly I ride 4" , 4 .8" and 5" ... 2.2 is super skinny to me :)
