Raleigh “utility” brochure 1980s - Raleigh Richmond

Picked up a mid 1980s step-through (there seem to be a mixte version as well) Raleigh Richmond this week.
The lightweights Raleigh brochures of the day are easily available, but I wanted to read up on this flat bar model - any pointers, anyone? I’ve found some ‘for sale’ pictures for comparison.
It’s a flat bar 6 speed bike, quite nice Weinmann rims and Maillard hubs, Suntour mech, thumb shifter. “531 frame tubes”, but not sure what - downtubes?
I think it must be another model Raleigh have dual-purposed, because it’s got rear adjusters.
I waited months for some gold ESGE mudguards for a Record Ace refurb - I got some eventually, but they’re terribly faded - the unfaded mudguards were the main draw,
