How to solve "rough" gears?

1 what is the condition of the chain and sprockets
2 cable inners and outer
3 jockey wheels

sorry, I should have made this clearer.

It is mainly when pedaling along. There is no smoothness there.

They all look fine. No signs of significant wear and tear or fraying.
