Rim tape for Ryde Sputnik/Schwalbe Marathon Plus Tour

Can anyone recommend a decent rim tape for this rim and tyre.
I was using Schwalbe high pressure rim tape 20mm wide but it was a problem because it effectively makes the rim a bit bigger so the tyre no longer fits. The bead is forced inwards in a couple of places causing a bumpy, uneven tyre.

Considering that the internal cross section of the rim is 19mm, I would suggest get a 15-16mm rim tape

I never managed to get tyres to seat properly on Sputniks when I had some fitted, so gave up with them fairly quickly.
I think they have been made oversized which doesn't seem to be uncommon.

Seems ok now that I don't have the full width rim tape. I can put the tyre on with fingers.
I like the bulletproof feel of this rim.
I'm going to try some Velox cloth tape out of curiosity. It has a sticky back so I'm assuming that it will stay in place.
