...and you are predictably hard left from the Denis Skinner school if I am not mistaken and live somewhere where Torys dont exist...hence an echo chamber. All over the world political parties are influenced by lobbyists except in totalitarian states where independent thinking is banned. In Labours case its mainly the Union grandees. Good luck with the new party.
Well you're right about me being leftwing and I'm proud of it too
Well it's certainly better being run democratically by the people for the people than,by a miniscule number of millionaires and billionaires for a small number people some of whom don't even live here,as for their paying taxes here well that's another dodgy story. All over the world political parties are influenced by lobbyists except in totalitarian states where independent thinking is banned. In Labours case its mainly the Union grandees. Good luck with the new party.

It all echos of the Red Robbo/Scargill/Skinner/Corbyn school of non politics. All loud mouthed aggressive bully boys as recently nicely demonstrated by Raynor. Many people clearly remember that time and wont vote for that sort of politics again. Foot recently shot in...Carlton green wrote: ↑30 Sep 2021, 7:45am Seems like here we are again with comments so impassioned and forthright as to be just aggressive to those that don’t hold identical views. I’m totally puzzled why anyone would think such discourse constructive, indeed I find it the opposite.
‘They’, the hard left, will argue about stuff indefinitely, however Starmer does seem to have a bit of ‘common sense’ and pragmatism. Starmer understands that being in power is more helpful to Labour voters than being an unelected ‘party of protest’. IMHO Raynor is an absolute gift to the Tories, how pleased they must be to hear her shout her mouth off ‘cause (far too much of) what she says just provides them with ammunition.al_yrpal wrote: ↑30 Sep 2021, 8:04amIt all echos of the Red Robbo/Scargill/Skinner/Corbyn school of non politics. The country is going, sorry gone,to the dogs at the hands of selfseeking money grabbing scum that is the Tories but we must all remain calm and treat the government and their supporters with respect.Carlton green wrote: ↑30 Sep 2021, 7:45am Seems like here we are again with comments so impassioned and forthright as to be just aggressive to those that don’t hold identical views. I've just looked at her 'profile' on Wikki there's no mention of any connection with the Labour party,it would appear you've been reading the rightwing press again and regurgitated their conclusions about Angela Rayner in connection with a fictitious charachter played by Catherine Tate.al_yrpal wrote: ↑30 Sep 2021, 9:37am Yes, they did ! As you say yah boo politics is an athema to most people who dont appreciate gutter behavior. The foul mouthed Catherine Tate Gran resemblance has not escaped peoples notice eitherShe has made a lasting bad impression and represents Labours left wing nicely. Something most people will fear and never elect.
