Never heard of her.

Yes ............. I know I could Google her, but why bother?
Obviously some celeb who no-one would be interested in if they didn't buy a tabloid newspaper ...................
All I know of her is this row, when she wrote about migrants. A nasty woman.
The UN condemned the depiction of African migrants as “cockroaches” and a “plague of feral humans” in the article last year, entitled “Rescue boats? I’d use gunships to stop migrants.”

IPSO dismissed complaints that the article was “discriminatory” under the Editor’s Code.

The watchdog said a discrimination breach could apply only to identified individuals, not to a category or group of people.
Are you thinking of Katie Hopkins?

Ok ok, I'll Google her (if it is a her)

She's a columnist on the DM.
No wonder she's never been heard of.

She's not a Karen, but Katies are nearly as bad, or so it seems

It seems what little I thought I knew was wrong anyway! Often the case.

Katie Price's driving ability is probably why she has her own, built in air bags.

Perhaps Katie P and Katie H could be banged up in a cell together. No doubt they'd get along just fine...

This incident happened at 06.20 fgs, when you'd rather expect someone might be sleeping it off

From my understanding of the report on BBC news she had a nose full of cocaine too

Seems to be cocaine involved as well! , I utterly despair that we have people like this on the roads. If driving bans won't stop someone, then the only solution is for them to spend the driving ban in prison.

To be clear, you would incarcerate someone for the duration of their driving ban?

And should be treated as such.

EDIT, the convenience of the car is all to apparent in this case and sadly in many others,I firmly believe drink and drugged driving is on the increase and a total lack of law enforcement due to a completely depleted and demoralised policeforce, means people are able to get away with it.It's only when an incident such as this one happens perpetrators are arrested and bought to justice.Problem is,all too often it's too late.

This business about driving while disqualified is particularly worrying. How prevalent is it? One would have thought and hoped that "a driving ban means a driving ban", end of.

Maybe all motor vehicles need something like a fingerprint or iris scanner - and a direct link to the DVLA to check up on the driver. Perhaps one day that will happen...
