The quote I remember is that a gentleman should try anything once except for morris dancing and <i>[rude word removed]</i>.
I have no idea of the origin - perhaps it goes back to puritan times when both were illegal ( I think)

Great. Be mindful fruit juice has a high sugar content so moderation is the key. Salmon nuts and Turmeric also help. Attack on different levels.

I don't think the term I used was rude.
As I said it used to be an illegal act and sixty years ago it would have been referred to in prosecutions using the exact word I used.
I'm disappointed that perfectly legal words are being arbitrarily removed.

A lot of fruit has anti-oxidants,and most can be bought at a more affordable price than the sour cherry derivatives.

Everything in moderation. The high sugars might cause cancers in high doses. Mix nuts turmeric and oily fish.
As for cost. You cannot take it with you. Stopping cycling will be more expensive even with Private Health cover.
