It's possible to say anything you want, and "publish" it online ............ who's to say it is truth?

First did a JOGLE in 1994, then in 2006 I did LEJOG and Back again.
2010 had me do JOGLE on the Chopper.

I supported a ride in 2007 when half a dozen riders did LEJOG in five days. I drove a van.
LE to Bristol on the first day! 200miles.
Then day two Chester, day three Moffatt, day four Kingussie, day five JOG.

It's all truth, but "what is truth?" :?

If I did it I'd brag about it -- I have cycled right around the entire coastline of a country in one day -- IOM  and I was knackered at the end of that. ( have video )

There'a distinction between truth and untruth, and a distinction between being online and other media. But those two distinctions are distinct. A lot of untruths were and are published using traditional media such as speech and printing on dead trees.

Morning Phil!

I did a lift backwards!!!

A bit like if you had a mechanical and got a lift to a bike shop but started where you broken down... I think that's acceptable.

Anyway Mick F asked me to ask you if you have done lejog...?!

Ps he didn't btw!

Did you move down to Cornwall in the end?

Sorry for thread drift!

An incredible ride considering she was riding 5 speeds with a 72 inch bottom gear. A remarkable lady, not only for her record breaking rides but being able to give an account of her end-to-end ride aged 98.

Thank you 24hourmaths for the heads-up and interviews.
