What does uk mp travel ban by the Russians say about our political representatives?

I read something about uk MPs getting travel bans, at first I misread and thought there were very few missed but later read 283 out of iirc 650. So not even half. But my trail of thought was in full flow so I thought I'd put my question out here.
What is it about those not given travel bans by Russia that lead to their missing from a still widely targeted ban?
I bet there's some who the ruskies see as good for their cause. There's some they probably just went "WHO?" when they printed out the wiki list of UK politicians. What other reasons for missing them out are there? Does it say much about those missed out by the ban?
If you were an MP would you prefer to have a travel ban or be ignored/left out?
This is just idle curiosity and amusement. Meant for light hearted discussion.

As the BBC has reported there are some errors on the list; names of people who left Parliament at the 2019 election, misspelled names and a duplication but overall 213 are Conservative MPs with the remainder being Labour. No SNP or LD but of course some politicians were already sanctioned so they'll not be on this list.
Most interesting? Diane Abbott is on the list but Jeremy Corbyn isn't. Of course Corbyn isn't a Labour MP anymore, but you'd have thought their outlook on Russia and the 'Stop the War' coalition was broadly similar. John McDonnell isn't on there either.
None of the MPs on the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Russia (4 Conservative, 2 Labour, 2 SNP) are on the list either, though I'm not sure whether that means they're considered possibly friendly to Russia. The chair, Chris Bryant, is gay and has criticised Russia in the past.

Deliberate divisiveness and sowing of suspicions, and graduation, so there are some left for later.

Just the usual Russian disorganised shambles - lashing out in any direction in the hope it hits someone.
Anyone planning a cycle tour through Russia?

No - but I think my favourite 'touring adventure' account is 'Cycling Home from Siberia' by Rob Lilwall. It's a long time since I read it, but it's still on the bookshelf so I intend to re-read it. Part of the charm of the book was that he didn't seem super-organised and made questionable decisions which hardly helped him - but still very engaging. Must be 10 years since I read it - must blow the dust off and re-visit it.

One of our local(ish) MPs has been banned, Sir Edward Leigh, a political dinosaur. It'd have been preferable for him to be banned from Lincolnshire instead of Russia.

No but we were planning a trip to Moscow and St. Petersburg. Had it booked for 2020 but Covid screwed that. Maybe next year now.

Hillary Clinton is speaking out after Russia announced new sanctions against 13 U.S. officials, including her, amid the country's invasion of Ukraine.
The former U.S. Secretary of State, 74, jokingly responded to the news on Twitter Tuesday, writing, "I want to thank the Russian Academy for this Lifetime Achievement Award."
The Clinton's summed it up well.
