Several comments above on sandals and Crocs. I carry synthetic sandals that can be used around the campsite, in shower blocks, for paddling and swimming and watersports, in restaurants, and as back-up for cycling with the one-sided pedals.

Waterproof foot wear?
Re: Waterproof foot wear?
If people don't know already: these are brilliant and quite unlike most rubber "Wellington" boots... lots of structure and lots of grip.Tinnishill wrote: ↑17 May 2022, 11:43pm Nokian Bogtrotter Trimmi orienteering wellies. I cycled through eight winters with mine until they fell apart. Must get myself another pair.

Highly Recommended... but we've never used them for cycling!

Re: Waterproof foot wear?
Something similar recommended upthread i think.
I have long used these around campsites, easy to pack, decent sole, good company. Worn without socks.
Seem to be out of stock at the mo though.

Ah turned out not too wet at the TT so just used my old leather slip-ons but will be needing something soon anyway. Have many more outings to come hopefully.
I am here. Where are you?
