Lost - Clitheroe or road from

[Sweep]

Large blue drybag fell off back of a bike near Cricket club Chatburn Road. Contains large amount of cycling gear and valuable clothing. Was told that a white transit van heading for Chatburn (though may have turned off for bypass before) ran over it and trapped it/dragging it along

couldn't find it.
