I have a Shimano SM-72-41 press fit bottom bracket according to my bike spec.
Searching on-line for a replacement has confused me.
Is this the same as a BB86, even though mine needs a 86.5mm shell ?
Is the 72mm the bearing OD ?
I assume the 41mm is the crank axle OD.
What is a BB92? It appears to accept 86.5mm shells and 41mm axle. What does the 92 designate?
Also is their a split collet tool for knocking the BB72 bracket out ?
I use the Lifeline Pro split collet tool for my previous bike which had a PF30 BB.
