Reporting Potholes In West Sussex

In May 2020 I hit a pothole on an unclassified road in West Sussex, nesr the border with Surrey and suffered facial injuries and broken teeth. Is there anyone on here that has reported any potholes or road defects on Tennysons Lane Nr Blackdown NT area to West Sussex CC Since the beginning of 2020 or earlier?

Needless to say they have denied liability for the accident.
