"Father and Son"

My previous posting on this subject disappeared, possibly because somebody might have thought it was a scurrilous racist/disablist posting about one-legged black men. Actually it was completely genuine, so, here it is again.

I have seen, twice, far apart in time, the first time possibly as long ago as the 1980's, on television, a performing duo of non-musical buskers or street performers calling themselves "Father and Son". I have no idea if they were so related. Each man is black and has one leg. I can't remember if it's a left each, right each, or one of each each. They each have a sit-up-and-beg style bike which they do balletic and acrobatic movements on and around.

I would love to hear from anyone who knows anything about them.
