I've always found Ergon grips to be effective - does anyoen know of similar ie palm rest alternatives?

I had a pair of the multi ergo grips from here:
https://www.bikester.co.uk/parts/handle ... -products/

Very good value, and they seemed pretty decent. They're in Germany (I think), so you'd need to factor in the £5 postage, though (or get the order over £99 for free postage! ).

Decathlon do some ergo bar ends for about a tenner https://www.decathlon.co.uk/p/ergonomic ... /_/R-p-390

I also have a pair of these Dawes ergo grips on the Cone which I ride most days and they are comfy. Quite rubbery and grippy too. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/373066257741 ... media=COPY
