I must express my thanks to CTc solicitors
who took the trouble to extract witness statements from a ferry company in the South West (SW)

The problem of definition that upset the mentally defective employees of the ferry are written just as large on the SWT regulations. that although my Permabulator is a wheelchair, the unobservant would insist that the apparatus has
pedals.... which it does NOT. It has Handals
just like those of Handallyingharry, who has left the message board becoz of an argument.

They are not PEDALS... They are HANDALS.
I use my hands not my feet. It is not a TRIKE; it is a wheelchair and a PERAMBULATOR, and I therefore have a right to bring it onto SWT by their own regulations, the same as any mother with a pushchair I push myself.

the ferry company claims that i walked across the deck NORMALLY and that this was their evidence that I had been pedalling!

If I walked on or near that ferry Jesus Christ did not walk on the water; he flew thru the sky with the greatest of ease, with wings, and what kind of literary blasphemy is that??
