Deleting old PMs

My inbox is full and I can't open new messages. Does anyone know how I delete the old ones? I did message the admin but haven't had a reply.

I was going to nominate Princess Tony....lied to us about "weapons of mass destruction" landed us with a dreadful war we didn't need, the widows and orphans (and parents) still live with the effects of a huge waste of young lives, while the perpetrator is creaming it in at thousands of dollars per after-dinner speech.

Note also that the limit is on messages in the inbox, so you can create other folders and move messages to those.
