Campag 8 Ergo . Screw on 7 equivalent?

I am running Campag Ergo 8 on one of my machines. It only runs on 7 as it's a bit narrow at the back.
(No I can't cold set it )
I have just acquired a screw on Campag hub/Wheel and I am wondering if there's a 7 speed screw on that has same indexing ? Any suggestions ?

Sachs 7sp freewheels had the same spacing as Campag 8sp. They have been out of production for quite a while.

I think any standard 7-speed freewheel would work. If you check the Shimergo page, the sprocket pitch is 5mm for both. I ran exactly that set-up for years, until the rear hub failed and the frame got tatty. I had the latter resprayed and did the rebuild with 9-speed Ergos.

Cheers both. I do believe I have a new Sachs screw on 7 so I'll get on this.

Over the years I have always used 5mm spaced freewheels with my 8 speed Ergos. Might be one set up in the shed now . Can't remember.

I happily ran Campag 8 speed Ergo’s on a Shimano 7 speed freewheel for several years with no problems. You just end up with a spare click on the shifters.

The Ergos will happily run Shimano 8 as well. 0.3 mm difference in the spacings seems to make no difference although it should. Maybe the fact that none of mine is new helps. A bit of jockey wheel float does a lot :D
