Tyres for mobility frame

Apologies this is only bicycle related, please dont burn me.
My inlaws mobility zimmer frame has 7.5" kids bicycle tyres & tubes, and they only use them rarely so the tyres are always flast which is dangerous as the brakes dont work as they operate on the tyre tread.
So is there a foam or something I can put in the tube, or a light weight solid tyre so things stay inflated longer.
The manufacturers just tell me to check the tyres every day.

I could be wrong but I don’t think that kid’s bicycles have tyres that small.

On the off chance that someone here can help you I suggest a photo of the tyre, and of the size makings on it, would very much help people here to make useful suggestions.

We used to have the same problem (not braking though) with our intermittantly used wheel barrow always having a near flat tyre when we wanted to use it. Pumping up was a pain as the main pump was always used on presta valves, and it was hit and miss if the "adjustable" pump head switched to schreader.
Solution to the problem was to get an old floor "track" pump which is dedicated to schreader valves. Now it is easy to pump the tyre up, it gets pumped up rather than "only this time"(!....) being used near flat. Easy answer, get an easy to use pump!
7" tyres won't take long to pump up with almost any pump.

Bike tyres need topping up every 2 - 4 weeks to maintain their pressure.
You can get gunk to block any punctures you may get, but I have not heard of anything that fills the tyre in place of air pressure,
Solid tyres are really difficult to fit, the smaller they are, the harder the are to fit.

Re tubes,
Googling "7" inner tubes" brings up some suppliers.

Thanks for the replies, mobility pit stop looks like the one for me, light airless tyres.
The inlaws can really pump their own tyres up, fitting the valve adaptor would be too much.
I assumed kids bicycle as the tyres on the frame from new are marked kids, if I get another look I'll take a pic.
