Williams Cycles, Cheltenham

The wife and I had a good look at ebikes on Sunday and were impressed with the attention we got. Went to order, would have ridden it away if we could, to be told, that the next delivery was August  We knew we were picking a unusual colour/size/model variation. Any way today they called to tell us that if we could decide this wek they could rush one through. Very helpful and pleasant . A large genuine LBS with friendly staff.

I bought my Dawes Galaxy from them in 1985. Think it was £300. There was a £50 discount because it was the previous year's model which had just gone from ten speed to 12 speed. I had to take it back because the freewheel was clicking under load. They fixed it.

Picked the bike up a fortnight ago. Great service. They put up with me asking awkward Questions of a technical nature, let me swap saddles and chatted knowledgeably about my local MTB trails and time trial series. Even let me chuck the Planet X bike box that cwas in my van in their skip.
