The blue frame looks rather nondescript. The brazing around the seat stays doesn't look very neat and the lugs look very ordinary.
Any idea what tubing the Cerliani is made from?

The seat stays look like they were poorly repaired. Not enough detail on the bike to give an opinion

Check the front end of the frame is straight. Looking at the gear lever photo, there ar some circumferencial cracks in the paint. These could be due to a front end impact. Sometimes the frame is bent (hence cracks in paint), sometimes the frame has sprung back to its original shape rather than bent, in which case, being steel it would be ok.

From the rear RH dropout photo, I'd say Sedis P48 chain plus Saches/Maillard freewheel.
BB may well have Italian theads (so both cups RH thread).

hello I would very much doubt that Colnago let anyone make STEEL frames for them, PERIOD, it would even back then caused all sorts of issues over quality and build methods that perhaps they couldn't stand over, I do know that some spelled and others like CULNagos have been unearthed and while very similar to the pukka article its obviously an ex 'Nago builder or Pinarello guy using skills to make a few bob. When i happened on something like that i bought it built it tried a ride or two and decided from there, whether it was worth a refinish and a rebuild with kit suitable to its station and the considered likely finished retail price.. so basic kit for a cheap sale for a pub or station steed and an oily rag cleanup... It's priced like a rare vintage bike. It needs too much work to get your money back, but if looking for a pet project, it is a classic. Not for my money
The frame looks too neglected to be worth anything near that

Looking at the photos I wouldn't pay €100 for the bike and frameset combined!

All looks to be in very poor condition.

Cerliani is a bike shop in Italy - not much web presence but they seem to be one of those shops (there are many...) which have in the past badged up stock frames as their own. The "Colnago" forks could be genuine aftermarket but the whole thing looks to be in pretty poor condition.

€900 is the sort of price you'd expect to pay for a genuine retro bike - one with some actual marque behind it like Colnago or Pinarello - needing a bit of work, not something like that with (I'm assuming?) no verifiable history.
