Hello all
I hope you are well.
I have the Bontrager Ion 200 RT/Flare RT Light Set Paired with a Garmin Edge Explore 2 and am having an issue.
The Garmin reports the Battery Level of Both Lights as very Low even though they are Both Fully Charged.
This results in the Garmin Disconnecting the Lights prematurely even though the Lights have plenty of Charge left.
If I Reset the Lights then the Garmin Reports the Battery Level correctly, until either the Lights or the Garmin are Turned Off and then the issue returns.
I have spoken to Garmin and they said that since the Lights are Third Party then I should Contact Bontrager (Trek).
I Contacted Trek and they are not aware of any such issues with the Lights.
The Joy's of dealing with multiple Companies regarding an issue
Has anyone come across this issue?
Thanks in advance
Kevin
