Hi I cannot respond to PM messages sent to me via Tapatalk. It will appear that I am wasting the sellers time if I am unable to respond. Pls assist.

Someone mod already responded to say I can reply to sale items and PM's but I receive but cannot respond

I don't know what is causing the problem, although it is also the case that every post you have made has had to be approved (which should only happen for a person's first post). Hopefully admin or one of the other moderators can assist.

All of your posts are having to be approved by a moderator. That should only happen once for a person's first post. After a person's first post is approved, they should then be able to send PMs.

I suspect the fact that every post you make has to be approved also means that you will not be able to send a PM. I do not know what the cause is, or how to fix it, and have asked admin/Vorpal to investigate.

When using the 'User Control Panel' for private messages, you should be able to see the following options in the sidebar on the left:

Compose message
Manage PM drafts
Inbox
Sent but unread
Sent
Rules, folders and settings

You should be able to see the messages you have sent by clicking on 'Sent.'
