No legal off-road diversion. Least worse option going north would be to cross the old Tollbridge by Ricardo's to use Coombes Road - Annington Road to re-join the Downslink west of the South Downs Way bridge (and vice versa if going South) but this is used as a local rat-run

If that notice isn't in situ it doesn't apply

Local info says it's not actually blocked ie you can ride through, but I've not been to check myself yet...

Definitely open now. Looks like the problem was damaged fence rails
