Downslink bridleway closed south of South Downs Way

From local FB - initial closure for 21 days north of old cement works, but stopping riverbank erosion is not usually a 5-minute job...

No legal off-road diversion. Least worse option going north would be to cross the old Tollbridge by Ricardo's to use Coombes Road - Annington Road to re-join the Downslink west of the South Downs Way bridge (and vice versa if going South) but this is used as a local rat-run :cry:

Local info says it's not actually blocked ie you can ride through, but I've not been to check myself yet...

Definitely open now. Looks like the problem was damaged fence rails
