Hello!

I've read few stories that in Sturmey Archer CS-RF3 (without disc) it is possible to remove one nut, and therefore fit a hub for 130mm spacing. As CS-RF3 is not available (im not UK based just in case), I went for CS-RK3 - im using V-brakes, but I thought this will still work.

I was suprised to discover that CS-RK3 (disc version) have only one lock nut (and cone of course). Now I wonder if I can remove this only lock nut? Will the hub still work as it should?

When I look at pictures of this hub, it looks like it won't give you problems when you remove the extra nut on the left side,
IF you use V brakes....
Redishing a bit tot the right might be necessary though.
