Best replacement for UST tubeless road tyres?

I really bought into the Mavic wheels and tyres story - “Yksion Pro UST tyres were specifically designed for the Ksyrium wheels system”. They did seem quite good, easy to fit and could be seated and inflated easily with a track pump before sealant was added through the valve.
Consequently I have used Yksion Pros now for about 7 years, obtaining them through increasingly difficult internet searching (and in the process getting some real bargains). However the supply (at least of 700/25s) finally seems to have run out and I fitted my last one at the weekend.
I now need to bite the bullet and change to something else. Does anyone have any recommendations based on what has worked well with their Mavic wheels?
