bike rentals Barcelonnette

Anyone have experience with road bike rentals in Barcelonnette? Planning to be there in September. Thanks!

This was something we looked at on a previous visit to Barcelona but never got round to doing anything about it. I did have several hire places bookmarked but don't any longer. One from memory is https://global.velodrom.cc/bicycle-rental/ I can't vouch for prices but the bikes do seem to be of the higher end and you'll be wise to brisg your own pedals and shoes if you use clipless pedals. It'll still be warm in September. If you want any tips about travel in and around Barcelona drop me a PM and I'll share my knowledge.

Barcelonnette! That takes me back to the mid 1990s. You tend to go through the place if you are cycling the famous Col de la Bonette road, which is a challenge on the list of folks who love pass bagging. It is one of those climbs that attracts cyclists from all over Europe. Back then there was a cycle shop selling Colnagos. I didn't buy one. Sadly, I haven't been back since, so can't help.

We were there around 2012 - I can't recall any bike hire places.
How are you getting there? presumably you are travelling at least part of the way by road.
Digne-les-bains isn't a huge distance and is a larger town.
