Where the rear wheel is attached to the frame (otherwise known as the rear wheel drop out) there should be two bolt holes (these look like little tubes, welded to the frame) above it- there's two on each side of the frame - that's where you're screwing in the bolts...
(Unless i'm staring at an completely different image of the bike, on my screen)

Here we go again.
The OP doesn't have Crud Catchers and is asking for advice on what he has already bought. Why must you insist on doing this whenever someone asks a question?

Re: How to fit rear mud guard
The mudguard stays usually fit to the frame with M5 hex screws. The frame has mounting points to take the hex screws at the rear drop outs, the seatstay bridge and between the chainstays behind the bottom bracket (the big bearing for the cranks). I've circled the first 2 points on the pic and the arrow shows where to look for the third mount point (it's hidden behind the chainrings in the pic).
Take your time. Mudguards can be faffy to perfect the fit, but worth the effort.

Re: How to fit rear mud guard
Without being overly blunt Pinhead has identified themselves as being neuro-diverse. Which means both the original post and their reply may not be read in the same way as ourselves. And to be fair, it was always possible that the frame in question may not have had any mountings for mudguard stays - I was as much in the dark as Pinhead was until I googled a couple of images of the bike.
If the bike didn't gave any mounting points then crud cratchers are one of several possible solutions.
If we want cycling to be as wide spread as possible and as diverse as possible, then we've got to accept lots of different points of view and if not agree with them at least tolerate them... (which means for me taking things like yoga and mindful classes to kerb my.... er. .views on certain bike related subjects).... and that generally starts with accepting a wide range of responses to people's posts...

Although at this point, I'll like to say that that response isn't as respectful as it should be......respect works both ways or not at all.

This video shows how to fit mudguards on a bike that has similar fitting points as the Pinnicle.

Re: How to fit rear mud guard
normally the frame will be tapped with an M5 thread, to accept screws that are (often) not supplied with either the mudguards or the bike. Note that if the RH screw protrudes inwards, it will foul the chain when top gear is used, so use a short screw here or spacers on the outside. Vibration will try it's best to loosen these screws, so a drop of loctite or similar on the threads isn't a bad idea, especially considering only 3/4 are easily fitted with a locknut.
The hidden enemy in all mudguard installs is stress. To check for this be sure that no single bolt causes the mudguard to go a long way out of position when it is loosened or removed. If such movement does occur, the chances are excellent that you have too much stress and unless something is done (probably bending the stays) the life of the mudguards will be much shorter than normal.
