Asking about rear kickstands made me wonder if anyone has hacked a combo CarryFreedom lollipop axle hitch L bracket and a (mid BB/tubus front lowrider) kickstand together into one rear axle unit, bolts and drilling only ...?

should be pretty straightforward via welding, rather less so via bolting. One of the few ways that might work is to make up an 'L' shaped bracket, to accept the stands with two holes 18mm apart. The bracket could be bolted to the CF bracket using a large csk screw.
