Both are cassettes and not complete freewheels....
Best choice for old skool cassettes is likely Maillard course, if you can find old stock ones...., but limited to 6 speed.

If you REALLY want to save money and are not worried about time you could consider finding a cheap old bike for a few pennies on facebook marketplace if it has the correct freewheel that you can salvage and then make your money back - eventually - by reselling the rest of the old bike for parts. Not cost effective if you consider your time and that a new freewheel is only £5... :)
