Thanks. Good result the guy got most of his bike back. So the 20yr old had previous (harsher sentence required or he wouldn't have re-offended?). Maybe the Police could have kept a 'lower profile' but I guess if it's likely to go bad they are protecting the owner.

Putting "12ft.io/" before the "https" will get round most paywalls. What happens after the British Indian Ocean Territory passes to Mauritius is an open question though.
