Ive recently joined the techno world and bought a Coospo BC26 Gps bike computer.
I want to use this with my PC. Does anyone know how to extract the route onto a pc. The coospo app dosent work on my pc and i dont have a mobile phone. Hoping to just use it with bikehike.

You can't, it will only communicate via its app to a smartphone.
That app can be synced with Strava.
But otherwise, you can't move .fit files off it via USB.
Edit: as an aside, most cycle computers now are designed to work in partnership with a smartphone app. That's how they receive their updates, how you up/down load routes and how it gets info about weather or other third party info.
They don't need plugging into anything other than to charge them, the whole thinking behind it is that if you're on a tour for example, you probably won't be carrying a laptop but you will have a smartphone.

How does it charge? Plugged in to your laptop it might be recognised as an extra drive. If so I wonder if you can open the "activities" section and up load to Strava.

The website has this on the product page:
Sync To Strava
You can sync activity(.fit file) to Strava via Coosporide App on your phone.
Note: you can not export fit file from BC26 by USB.
