Asgard Steel Sheds

The product gets good reviews, but I'm finding the customer service lacking in other respects.

Order placed for 4 bike Asgard shed 22/7/25. Estimated delivery date given for w/c 15/9. I phoned Asgard to push this back as we were on holiday. They pushed it back to w/c 22/9 at my request. W/c 22/9 came and went - no sign of shed. I phoned Asgard - "Sorry, transport have pushed it back to Wed. 8th October". I asked if this was a definite date - "Yes" came the reply.

In the absence of a confirmation email/text advising 8/10, I phoned again today (29/9). "It's now some time during w/c 13/10". I have no idea if/when they were going to tell me this. I made my displeasure known, but the saga continues.

We live in Cumbria, not the Outer Hebrides.
