Do you have any recommendations for the most suitable tool with which to shorten the hoses on my Hope hydraulic brakes?

IME the hoses are not at all 'difficult to cut' per se, but they are 'difficult to cut squarely'. I daresay a good jig for cutting, using a sharp knife, could be made very quickly using a mitre saw.
