I am looking for a waterproof hi vis jacket, that is suitable for riding on hot damp days, also must pack away small. Any suggestions?
thanks

Re:Waterproof hi vis jackets
Something like the Altura Cropton might be ok but i'm basing that on damp uk summer weather. For anywhere really hot a thinner one may be better though nothing seems to breathe all that well in humid comditions.
I have an old hi-viz Lusso jacket which breathes via mesh side panels and folds up tiny, i can't remember it's name but try their website.

I know Freestyle do a goretex cycling jacket for about £110 in Flou Yellow with lots of reflective. You can then buy mor reflective tape to add if you want to go the extra mile.

try Wiggle.co.uk for a water and windproof gorewear jacket. It's light enough to scrunch down and store. It has never let me down .

Thanks for you feedback. I splashed out on a Gore Paclite Countdown jacket in the end. Its very yellow and very expensive!!
