Well they are not on Trustpilot. There are no reviews on Google Maps. Twitter says they joined 2009. So I would proceed with caution, especially if it is something expensive. Maybe someone here has used then and will post some reviews.

No idea about that company but they have a fairly high profile.

Here's their website.
https://www.pipedreamcycles.com/

Active Facebook site.

Putting 'moxie MTB' into Google brought up pages of articles, reviews, etc.

eg Long write up here of the Moxie (April 24).

I believe they were taken over last year 2025 by Route Assembly and have had supply problems since then, few people buying frames and not getting them, being messed about, seems a real shame as they built up a good reputation for their Moxie MTB.

I'd be hesitant to deal with a company whose website has several typos, and is not up to date, but maybe that's just me.

According to Comapnies House it's a going concern (https://www.companieshousedata.co.uk/c/SC484790) but "based in Perth"... that's a correspondence address with 136 firms notionally based at the same address, so not so much...

Their page has Pedals Bike Care in Edinburgh as a dealer which as far as I can tell is an actual shop with a good reputation and a public address and phone number, so maybe give them a call and see what they say?

I contacted Route Assembly they acquired Pipedream Cycles in 2024, they recognised my order and said they'd send parts out this week, so will have to wait and see if they arrive. Route Assemble seem like a reputable business, so hopefully all will be well. Will post if parts arrive. Thanks everyome
