TA Cycletourist Cranks to match

I seem to have acquired some ill matching TA cranks .
So I need :
170mm lefts x2
165mm right x1
Plus if anyone has an outer for the above 42-45t range

Thanks David but I have a 40t outer on the bike in question ( 1966 Hetchins ) and I find the top a bit too low
