Sizing of Foska training jackets

I am interested in purchasing a Foska bones training jacket and the A-Z London cycling shirt. How are they for size (ladies)? Do they coincide with clothes sizes or are they tight / loose fitting?

In my experience, they come up small. I haven't bought any women's clothes, but Malcolm has two items. Now he's very trim, and normally a medium would be fine, but his two Foska items are large, and they fit well.

I'd be inclined to go for a size larger than normal. :D

Don't think they do ladies' sizing, only unisex, which I find are generally designed to fit men and therefore do not the fit the female shape, certainly not my female shape anyway.

They do ladies sizes in some patterns.

the winter training jacket is superb. effectively fully waterproof but not sold as such as they do not tape the seams, windproof and fleecy!

Thank you so much for these replies. They say they have women's sizes but I was just concerned as I find other brands are larger than the size suggests. I have recently lost a lot of weight, so all of my clothes are too big and I thought I'd splash out on something of the right size. Six months ago I tried an Altura waterproof jacket and I needed a size smaller than I took in clothes, so it made me wonder about other brands.

Foskas retail arm is the Action Bikes chain with several shops in SW london/surrey. the shops stock part of the range. Are you close enough?

If you can get to London, there's an Action Bikes store next to Embankment Underground station. They always seem to have plenty of Foska stuff in stock.

Thank you for this. I will bear it in mind for when I am next in London. It is better to be able to try things than to hope for the best when buying online.
