Hi, just starting out again after many years on four wheels.
I've decided to go for a Town & Country bike from Halfords.
Need a rack for 2 cycles, is top or rear preferable, pros & cons please?

Roof rack - simple and can be used for other purposes. Not good if you have a habit of driving into car parks without thinking of what's on the roof.
Rear mounting - maybe the bikes are better protected against spray. Rack is easy to fit and remove. But, you must use a lighting board if the number plate or rear lights are obstructed in any way.
