All of the positions, but heavily-dependent on the exact circumstances. I also apply the Golden Rule; never, ever, undertake a vehicle that is about, or is just starting, to move off. If they don't see you (which is very likely) a twitch of the wheel (oh look, there's a lorry coming the other way, best move over a bit eh?) and you're smeared.
