Paula Radcliffe wasn't wearing a helmet!

:? What about the danger of things falling on you whist you're in bed? Or, what if you fall OUT of bed? What about those really nasy dreams where you wake up covered in bruises? I think we shoud wear armour in bed too!!

I haven't fallen off my bike for ages! The last time I did, I'm glad I wasn't wearing a helmet - Had I been wearing a helmet I'd never have got that cut on my bonce and been ordered off work for a week! :D
More usually, I get off it then fall OVER it!
