Christmas

Post by Mansfield Marauder »

This probably is not the place to do this but I could not think of any where else to post it but to every one posting on this site "Merry Christmas and a safe new year" :)

A very merry Christmas to all you very knowledgeable and decent fellow cyclists, from an irregular poster but regular browser.

I've recently booked the CTC tour of S Holland and the North Wales MTB so hope to see you fellow/esses on the road somewhere...........

Season's greetings from me and my Catlike whisper. Thanks to all for lightening up my otherwise dull day at work. Here's hoping that Santa brings what ever cycling stuff you've wished for.

Mrs Beakyboy said I can't go for a cycle Christmas morning on all those relatively traffic free roads! Bah humbug!

Ho ho ho! Or bah humbug as you like. I will be expecting my 1938 Humber in the post fairly soon and that will be xmass for me :-) I can see a quick nip out on it on xmass day........

Have a nice one all.

I had a 1966 Humber for a couple of years in the mid 70's. It was a great buy.

1725cc engine, overdrive in 3rd and 4th, heated rear window, full carpets, two speed wipers, fitted radio, rev counter and full instrumentation, dual headlamps.

£170.

Merry Christmas !!!

Lucky those who have finished for 2008, Im in until 4pm Christmas eve.... Bah... but, Ive done all that panic buying now.. just to sit back and wait for the day.

We had some seriously bad news today (only financial fortunately) so Chas and I are in need of some cheer...

I'm quite looking forward to getting double pay for working xmas day, boxing day and new years day! :D Should help my saving for a nice wide angle lense for my camera. (If you think cycling is an expensive hobby, just wait until you take up photography....)

Anyway, have some dancing badgers wearing santa suits: http://www.weebls-stuff.com/testy/AdventCalendar/day24.html
