gore-tex socks reply

Post by Punk_shore »

Yes Si,
Gore-Tex socks have staved off hypothermia a couple of times for me.

As to the sliding car (presumably with clutch disengaged), apparently anti-lock brakes only work in a straight line and above a certain speed. Still reckon every would-be car driver should first be made to take a motorcycle test.

Kind regards, Punk_shore

not sure if he had anti lock brakes - just a case of going too fast on a shet of ice... a little ironic that I had to hop into the hedge to avoid the car that was trying to stop to warn me about the ice!
