Look at those 1973 prices! Halford's ad from the rear of the magazine = and a correct spelling of derailleur as well!
The quality of articles in the mag is quite dated by today's dynamic standards, and the pics are very quirky - and of variable quality! I've tried to scan a couple but the resolution is awful! At least the mag turned up on time in those days............
